i’ve taken on a huge project this summer: organizing ALL of my family photos. there are six storage boxes full of disorganized photos from the 1970′s to the early 2000′s! it’s been fun going through and seeing all the images and discovering some new ones but i have so much work ahead of me!
my pets are pretty difficult to photograph. as soon as i get my camera out, they turn away from the lens! holly, my rottweiler-german shepherd mix is especially camera shy whereas lucky the jack russell terrier is a bit better.
yesterday’s colors
our last picnic at dolores park until we’re all back in san francisco in the fall.
this is one the images from my final project for my color photography class. the concept is studying color theory and harmonies. i’m in the middle of finals and have been pulling all nighters lately and i’m completely exhausted and it’s only wednesday.
today was very gloomy in the city with the chance of rain but my friend sarah and i went out anyway and did errands, browsed rasputin where i got a nico record, then we wandered around the mall for a while, popping into random shops to try on clothes for fun!

i havent had time to journal in a long time because of school, but hopefully this summer i will pick it back up again. i have a lot of magazines to go through as well!

on wednesday after class my friend iann and i went to dolores park in the mission to relax and enjoy the wonderful spring weather. i also went to the candy store collective, which is now one of my favorite stores!
